INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Individual coaching is a confidential, one-to-one space dedicated entirely to you — your questions, your patterns, your decisions, and the life you are shaping. Each session is a collaborative conversation designed to help you slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with your own inner authority. Coaching with me is reflective and practical at the same time: we explore what is happening beneath the surface, and we translate insight into concrete, realistic action in your everyday life.
What an individual coaching session involves
A 1:1 coaching session combines thoughtful inquiry, psychological insight, and forward-focused structure. Together, we may work with topics such as decision-making, self-trust, emotional regulation, boundaries, direction, and recurring patterns that no longer serve you.
The work is client-led. You decide what we focus on, the pace we move at, and what feels meaningful or relevant in the moment. My role is to support your thinking, ask questions that deepen awareness, gently challenge limiting perspectives, and help you connect insight with responsibility and choice.
Sessions are calm, respectful, and non-judgmental. You are not analysed, diagnosed, or “fixed.” You are met as a capable human being who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain, or internally conflicted — and who has the capacity to grow, choose differently, and move forward with greater clarity.
What coaching with me combines
My approach is psychology-informed and trauma-aware, while remaining non-clinical and aligned with the ICF Code of Ethics. This means our work may include understanding stress responses, emotional patterns, and protective behaviours — without treating trauma or engaging in therapeutic processing.
Coaching sessions may combine:
reflective exploration and increased self-awareness
practical tools for navigating emotional discomfort
clarification of values, priorities, and direction
support in taking responsibility for choices and actions
integration of insight into real-life situations
If topics arise that are better suited to therapy, this is addressed openly and ethically. Coaching can exist alongside therapy, but it does not replace it.
What to expect from a session
Each individual coaching session lasts 60 minutes. You can expect a structured yet flexible conversation where you are supported to:
feel heard and respected
think more clearly about your situation
understand yourself and your patterns more deeply
leave with greater clarity, perspective, or next steps
There is no pressure to perform, heal, or arrive at answers quickly. Growth is not rushed. We work at a pace that respects your nervous system, your responsibilities, and your current capacity.
Between sessions, you may naturally notice shifts in awareness, behaviour, or decision-making as insights begin to integrate into daily life.
Who individual coaching is for
1:1 coaching is especially supportive if you are functioning in daily life but feel internally blocked, disconnected, or dissatisfied — and want to move from passive coping to active self-leadership.
If you are currently in acute crisis or need clinical mental health support, therapy or medical care may be more appropriate. I am happy to discuss this openly and support you in finding the right form of help.
